Job Description:
General Laborer/Machine Operator
The laborer must accurately and efficiently perform tasks to fulfill customer orders
Duties & Responsibilities:
Show up on time every day, ready to work
Safely operate all workshop tools and machinery
Follow directions of Supervisors
Maintain a safe workshop
Maintain a clean workshop
Maintain a positive attitude
Required Skills, Abilities, and Experience:
Familiar with or willing to learn how to use shop tools
Ability to read and understand measurements
Ability to read and understand orders
Ability to count, add, subtract, multiply, and divide numbers accurately
Physical Demands:
In performance of the Laborer/Operator position you must stand and walk for extended periods of time.
The position requires frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, bending, crouching, reaching, and handling of items 50 pounds or more
Work Environment:
This job will be performed in a wood shop where conditions can range from warm to cool. This job will be performed around machines and equipment with moderate level of noise

Experience:
Wood working: 1 year preferred
Operator: 1 year preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
